The team here is SO incompetent. After dealing with them for 3 years, I have finally had it. I’m done!
Have someone on staff that's AVAILABLE to register new patients
Get a pharmacy. Actually listen to what patients say about their past medical history. Put a sign on the front door that says "If you smoke cigarettes, you are not eligible for treatment here."
Awful. I was told I could be seen by a provider the first time I came in, I waited over an hour and then they only allowed me to see a nurse. I was told I needed to register to be seen by a provider, I wasn’t told that originally. The nurse I saw told me to come back next week to register due to the enrollment coordinator bring out of the office.
