On hold over two hours passed to operator to operator repeated. Can not get service needed as a 100 percent service connected veteran. This is why we must only hire veterans to work at the VA. This service is pure garbage
Went get glasses and my old eye doctor retired and the new one messed up my prescription increased them to much now I can't see poor staffing said have to wear them a while didn't have do that any other time
I have been coming here since 2015 and I have *never* had one problem with Murfreesboro VA. I will avoid Nashville VA every chance I can, namely because the traffic is so bad, that’s how I discovered this alternative.

The Murfreesboro VA travel is not processing 100% Disabled veterans travel pay. Very disappointed. They owe me 6 visits and said their is nothing I can do about it.
