I'm sitting next to my son listening to him try to get his meds refilled over the phone. Three times he made a call. The attitude, disconnect and overall treatment he received is despicable. Come on ladies. Get it together 👎👎
Only because zero stars isn't an option. Want patient to arrive 15 min early yet 1 hour after check in ( and NO they are not busy) still sitting for just a blood pressure check!! This sure doesn't help that any. Not to mention I'm self employed and loosing big money sitting in this clown show!! And still MANDATORY to wear this freaking mask! Update 9/1/2023 They have just reinstated their mask policy again! The science and the medical research says that the mask are more harm than good yet they go back to the ridiculousness ... read more
I don't get why they are giving low reviews on this site. This VA clinic has been incredible for me. As have Pensacola and Biloxi! We are fortunate and blessed to have this care available to us.
I use the Hearing department and they have been excellent. They are professional, friendly and fast service.Sp5 Gavin Lott
Recently moved to the area and they have made it virtually impossible to get an appointment, meds, anything.
