I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this facility. Based on the conditions I observed and the level of service received, I believe serious concerns deserve immediate attention. Upon entering the building, I noticed what appeared to be multiple operational and environmental issues. One of the most concerning was the lack of patient privacy. The registration area is positioned very close to the emergency room entrance, with vital signs seemingly being taken in a highly visible area, creating concerns about confid... read more
The doctors and residents on staff are excellent. Same with the ICU staff, all top notch.
Every time I come here I get quick and efficient service. Walk-ins, appointments, and lab work: all easy. Thank you to all VA workers at the DC VA
