There are mostly male veterans at JC who need lots of TLC …. And these men are not technically savvy when it comes to using the VA app. Lastly, where is the OPEN DOOR SUPPORT from our National Service Officers? NURSES WILL GO THRU UR STUFF, THEY DONT ASK, THEY JUST WAIT FOR YOU TO BE DISTRACTED! Went to ER again for the 1000th I caught a nurse in my bag alone without even asking/notifying me. When I said I wanted an officer, the OFFICERS acted like I was the criminal. Both officers defended her, not even listening to me. Told me I could leave in frigid temps. 30miles from my house. Great job again VA
