Great organization talented Doctors five stars
There needs to be steps or a system program developed, So whenever I return a missed phone call to the hospital, they know who called me. Should not take 20 minutes and talking to six people to find out who called. Waste of my time!!!!
Crowded down here. Grumpy employees also. Not the same experience in the city as there is in the county. Keep your head on a swivel . Doctors are ok. Parking is a not good.
I've never had a truly long wait nor a bad experience like you hear about in the news. Every one from the valet parking to the social workers at the very back of the building have been helpful, cheerful and provided the best services ive ever experienced. I've been treated with respect and dignity. In my experience the medical care has been top notch. I'd recommend John Cochran to any vet without hesitation.
I get my CT SCAN and MRI'S done here and just LOVE the staff. Everyone is so kind. THANK YOU ALL AND GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!
