Had an appointment Nov. 15th at 12:45--Va canceled-then could not get in to my DR. until 11-26 at 2:45. I arrived by 2:30. Waited until 3:; then went to the desk, they said they had walk-ins..went in with the nurse-he said Dr. would be in. Waited on Dr. for 20min. then I walked out as I had to get home. I take care of my wife who has Dementia.--I told these people before that I have to take care of my wife and do not have time to wait over a half hour or more to see the Dr. (Walk ins should not be put before Appointments.)
