I have been going to the VA since 2007, worst flaky doctors ever, horrible scheduling, horrible services, they refuse to listen to patients, and get out of treating patients by canceling their appointments made a year in advance… Because thats the only way to get an appointment, if you actually get through the maze of a call center that sends you in a never ending loop of phone tag… its not possible for 1 department to give you the extension to another.
