I would not recommend anyone to the VA. It's a "high risk" agency that has become complacent in verbal abuse, mismanaged data, and malpractice in health care. I have experienced this first hand and have fought tooth and nail to change this for myself throughout my care. I am not saying this is the care which everyone will receive, but this is the care that I have received, or rather, lack thereof. The people helping you and in the clinics are great. Parking sucks! You’d think handicap parking would be closer, especially on Saturday. It’s even longer to walk.
