The front people at the desk didn’t know when a good day for me to come get an appointment scheduled. She couldn’t tell me a time. This place is a joke and ever since Shelia took over I can see why most veterans leave here. By the way don’t cuss they are above the constitution. Garbage and I will be finding anther Va or health care
This place is beyond disgusting. Liars. I have currently been waiting 147 hours for my nurse to "call me right back" and 51 hours waiting for Dr. Hook to "call me as soon as she finishes a patient." 100% disabled vet. I hurt my knee 482 hours ago and can not even walk on it and this place has done NOTHING to help me. A disgrace to those that fought for our great country.
They improved their physicality and honestly, their current crew is doing great. I'm thankful.
I just got my VA benefits approved a short time ago . I went here and i do have to say . It has been a blessing. They listened and took care of me in every way . To be honest it has changed my life because i do not have to worry about my health. They are checking me out in every area. Making sure i get what i need . Other places i have been to pretty much ,, your broken , take me off work , surgery. Which to me is a drag . The VA show me options and listen to my concerns. Which to me is amazing.
