I no longer needed my appointment called to cancle nobody could be bothered to answer the phone it wasnt even the lunch hour
Typical VA facility. Friendly staff. Always quick in and out for prescriptions. Parking can be a pain at times.
I guess it's customary for them to hang up every time you call. You can't get ahold of an operator, a doctor, nobody. I'm trying to reschedule my husband's appointment and nobody will answer the phone. The workers are getting paid for sitting around doing nothing. Do we really have to drive to the VA hospital to schedule an appointment and talk to somebody? It's like they want the Veterans to die so they don't have to pay compensation. What a joke of a system this is... Pathetic. Does anybody know where I can file a complain... read more
