Dentist sprayed cold water on an exposed tooth and didn’t care about the pain he caused. How dare I have dental coverage.

I called the Va dental clinic on Thursday 29th 2026 and Friday 30th 2026 They never answer the phone the rang almost 30 minutes before someone answered THE MSA’s are rude won’t let you talk they talk over the VETERAN they are belligerent the Doctors are also horrible at referrals for outside community care services they try and intimidate bully veterans to come to this horrible clinic to get care for there Dental needs they make you wait until the pain level is so excruciating to fix any dental work instead of being proactiv... read more
Been trying for several days to reach someone to get referral. Wait at least an hour each time I’ve called. I can’t be on phone waiting for someone to decide to answer for these long periods of time. This is really deterring and can see why a lot of veterans just give up or just do not want to deal with the VA.
