Our veterans deserve better. My husband was treated like cattle at the er and lab. The nurses on staff were overly rude and rough on the very injury he was there for, don't speak loud enough for those hard of hearing (which is a lot of veterans, and at least the one other older man that was there when my husband was). He was in there for hours and only saw the "doctor" for MAYBE 2 minutes, in which she decided "it's not that bad" and refused further testing despite primary care recommendations and triage recommendations. I came in to the emergency room, and everyone was so nice, and show true care for me. Made me comfortable as can be. What amazing staff always.
