Fantastic service to me, 9.9 times out of 10 I have a great visit with great doctors and nurses
Very pleasant the employees are always willing to help.
The Prostidic Clinic is a joke. They deny clothing claims. Then when you try to call them. To find out why your claim was denied. They don't want to answer. The first time I called I got hung up on. Once I told them what I was calling for. The second time I called. I was on hold for over an HOUR. I had to hang up because I had another appointment. Why don't they have some type of call back system? That way you don't have people on hold for over an hour.
Their referral process for outside referrals is really poor. Community Care can overrule a request made by a provider. Then the process for Community Care to finally get you an appointment can take several weeks. Or even months. Phone messages go unanswered. The patient has to do the legwork and constantly reach out to their provider and Community Care to get a resolution. It's no wonder why the VA has such a bad reputation.
