I went to this VA clinic for the first time ever today. My experience was great. I appreciate the medical professionals listening to my concerns and taking them seriously. I feel safe and comfortable seeking care here.

I have been a patient at this clinic for the last 8 years and it has degraded to the point where I am no longer confident in thier ability to provide accurate and timely care to a dog let alone a human being. I recently reviewed my own record, found a unsettling result in my lab work that is likely a life long disease that could be terminal. NO ONE at the 4 VA clinics I see noticed. I recently moved to the area and visited this clinic to get help understanding and accessing my VA benefits. I was met with indifference and hostility from a staff member named Tiffany, who handed me a sheet of paper with a phone number and offered no further assistance. As a disabled veteran with serious medical needs, I expected to be treated with dignity and support—not brushed off and told to navigate a phone tree on my own. THIS CLINIC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THE VETERANS THEY CLAIM TO SERVE. THE SO CALLED DOCTORS ACT AS IF THEY ARE THE ONLY DOCTORS WHO KNOWS ABOUT A PATIENT'S MEDICAL HISTORY THAN THE PATIENT OR PREVIOUS VA DOCTORS!!! THIS IS THE REASON WHY I HAVE TRANSFERRED YO ANOTHER CLINIC!!
