Small Long waits Busy Care is ok
This VA clinic is sub par and doesn’t care about their patients I recommend anyone who has had the same lack of care I have had here ( not scheduling appointments, not sending prescriptions, changing appointments that were scheduled months in advance) file a complaint with the VA inspector general’s office as I have. People’s health are dependent on your services and yall don’t seem to care.
I tried a schedule an appointment here a few times. When you call, nobody answers. Trying different extensions produces the same result.. I've also tried scheduling through MyHealtheVet and ran into issues scheduling online as well. (Needed to call to confirm appointment) BUT nobody ever answers! LOL For everyone looking for a decent office. The Plano VA clinic is a good one to go to. They can be busy at times, but rest assured you'll receive better care there.
