While the dental service is competent, the staff is cold and unwelcoming, making for an overall unpleasant experience. Your experience will be minimal, and rushed. Unlike other VA Medical facilities don't expect to politeness.
All week I have felt nothing but hopeless, that is; however, prior to calling Deer Park VA Clinic and speaking to Nurse Bruce!!! I have been talking to people all week about getting help with a serious health issue and have been dismissed, maltreat and nobody has been taken the time to even listen to me until TODAY!!
