This facility is a slap in the face to all veterans. Absolutely awful care all around.
Never pick up, never call back. Doctors are passive aggressive and rude, mental health professionals are questionable as they push pharmaceuticals and do not remember you or your name which feels like they do not care about you. Good luck receiving any form of quality care, would really like to see any form of contact! I’ll update this if I get any quality care from this establishment.
We have been here since 6:30pm on Labor Day, I get that it is a holiday but I mean my boyfriend is dealing with a golf ball size infection on his neck. They did a cat scan and the doctor talked to him once. This is absolutely ridiculous. He is hurting and no one has been over to see him or check.on him at all. The nurse talked to the doctor and the doctor has not been over yet. It is now 10:30pm and no one is even making a effort to help us or nothing. My husband has always gotten wonderful care and respect
The whole experience is a "10" from the moment you arrive. Cancer, liver, pulmonary & care services departments are amazing. The level of professionalism is remarkable.
