Came in for a check up and the gentleman in the front desk was so nice! He gave me so much extra information that I didn't know about. I didn't even ask for this information and he decided to tell me some very useful information out of the kindess of his heart! The doctors I saw were very nice, respectful, and professional as well! A great place!
I just ended a call with this place. The guy that answered could not have been more rude. He spoke in a deep emotionless voice that was barely audible. After every important question, an alarm sounded in the background causing me to repeat my answer force me to move on to end the call. Of course he also made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to him. Advanced bureaucratic rudeness at its finest. Somebody doge his obstructive butt, please.
This place is absolute garbage. Second time I unfortunately had to come here. The bald guy at the front is rude is rude and useless. The examiners do not listen. If you try to reason with them and explain they will write down a couple words in an effort to appease you thinking you’re an idiot, they clearly don’t care. Just absolutely terrible.
