Hot garbage. Went to the ER multiple times for a neck issue and daily headaches the primary care provider here refused to discuss the issue. Now that I've been seeing a different doctor they discovered pinched nerves in my neck.
It once took me a week and a half to get in contact with the office because the phone stayed busy. No one answered the phone for over a week. Actually, I never did get in touch with them. My social worker at the VA Puget Sound had to email the Dr once she discovered there is no number to contact the nurse. I ended up going to the VA Emergency Room in Seattle after the Dr finally got back to my social worker because I could not get an appointment until a month in a future.. Transfer of Primarcy Care from VA outpatient Clinic in Jacksonville, FL due to final PCS from medical discharge, USN AD. Parking was very easy to find as the clinc is located inside of a building with other medical entities (civilian). I arrived to my appointment an hour early as this was my first time there.
