Deplorable. Seeking a doctor's visit and refill of prescription, I made the appropriate appointment. Upon arrival, I was turned away and told to drive to Patchogue for care. After a brief discussion with the utmost rudest desk clerk, I conceded and made my way to Patchogue. At the Patchogue facility I was treated pleasantly and expeditiously.
