The doctors and staff are kind and helpful to the veterans.
I have had nothing but great praises with this specific VA. My PCM has stayed on top of my health in every way. It's not hard to get an appointment as I book them back to back due to my medical conditions. Also, my meds come on time. The front desk staff OMG so helpful. One more thing if you send secure messages they ALWAYS get back with you in a timely manner.
Great facility
absolute worst customer service i have ever experiened. why have voice mail if no one ever calls back? why have phones if no one answers? this is why people hate the VA. fire them all, start from scratch
Nice office staff and Dr.Kho super nice person.I can't say enough nice things about this University Blvd office. Update Dr.Kho goes above and beyond for her patients and serious about your health care.
