Trying to reach someone over the phone to change my primary location to Clifton Park, but no one is picking up the phone for eligibility and enrollment. The phone tree keeps ending the call on me....
Reminder to all Vets, this locations hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday, and they close for lunch 12pm to 1pm. You may be there for an appointment that goes past 12pm though, so it doesn't make the most sense. Additionally, they only do labs Monday thru Thursday, before noon. Don't be like me and rely on Google maps to have their accurate hours (which are currently listed as 8:00-4:30). Kinda ridiculous that the people working here never bothered to update their hours on Google maps. I tried coming in at 4:20pm to drop ... read more
