Doctor did not show up for my scheduled appointment I waited 3 months for, then he listed me as a no call no show. Nurses were covering for him doing this. I had to contact the VA Patient Advocates in Albany for them to confirm it was placed as a no call no show and for them to clear that from my chart so it would not affect my care. When I asked when I would be seen next since the Doctor missed my appointment they said I had to wait ~1 month or more out to be seen.
Friendly staff. Easy to book appointments. Occasionally a lengthy "in-loby" waiting period.
Very helpful caring people.
