This is a one if I could put -5 I would Dr. Cooper is the absolute worst Primary care provider I have ever had. She is spineless and will not call you directly. She does not answer. She does not check her calendars. If she did she wouldnt try scheduling me for month from now I already got care at another VA CENTER. I had to put in a transfer form to a different facility in Iowa city way farther away from me Get the proper medication and care I could get because they could not give it to me at Cedar Rapids. Called for help, no call back at the scheduled time. I call back in for assistance and get excuses, I will never use this office again! Might as well just use civilian doctors!!!

Everytime with every issue I have the people that work at this location are the finest. They all take care of me 100 percent, I trust them with my health and wellness, which isn't always easy for me. A big thank you, what you all do matters....
