The staff is generally very helpful.
I’ve been using this clinic for 5 years and thankfully never had an issue. Front desk staff have been polite, nurses are great don’t have any issues with my PCM Doc. I’ve also have relied on the VA App message system for meds questions & refill requests with no issues. Finally, I appreciate the MH caregivers, they’ve been helping me through some challenging times and I’m thankful for their compassion and guidance.
The receptionist was friendly and the audiology technician was patient and understanding with my 93 year old father.
