We have been to numerous VAs and this one by far is the worst. The nurse and NP show no compassion and should not be working in the medical field at all!! What sane person is going to tell a patient you are lucky to get an appointment with me? When in fact she should count herself lucky to help a veteran as if was not for our veterans we would not have the freedom we have!
