After 31 years of Army medical treatment facilities, the Branson clinic has been a breath of fresh air. The customer service at the front is always prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful. The team I was assigned to has been amazing in their care, concern, and professionalism. I can't say a negative thing about my experience at this clinic. I would take poor reviews with a grain of salt, as they are usually based on a perceived bad experience combined with a pre-existent bad attitude.
Love the care I get here. My eye doctor, Dr. Setter and staff are the best. I could not ask for better care. Also had blood drawn. The nurses are great. I had a question about results of a CT Scan I had in June. They took the time to get me in touch with my primary care team in Mt. Vernon, Mo. Thank you all for your assistance! Keep up the great work!
Just got hung up on by the operator 5 times...,she would not give me her name or her supervisor or transfer me.
