I spent 2 months here. The first 27 were good except for on day 3, they gave me a false positive for alcohol and apologized because the equipment was faulty. I was absolutely freaking out before they fixed it. The PTSD unit was a nightmare. My PTSD got worse. I complained about the nurse who manages the medications for giving me a procedure for pain that only added to my pain. Then I came up positive for cocaine and had severe diarrhea. I got out that day and had a hair folical test done. No cocaine use.
No one calls you back! Community care is unreachable. Automated menu takes you through an endless circle. Patient advocates have never called back ever. Operators hang up or transfer you back to menu! Chris from CC called and I called back and they say no Chris works there. Ask to talk to the director and they refused.
If I could give this facility a -100 score I would. Zero continuity of primary care physicians. Primary care pyscians rarely if ever familiarize themselves with Veterans health care history. Several doctors have actually said to me all my health care issues are caused by my weight. Considering most all are service connected this is not even a possibility.
