The VA has been denying Vets the right to treatment if they cannot wear a mask. I was humiliated after sitting for nearly 40 minutes in a dirty chair with a face shield on. A man approached me and told me I could not be seen without a mask under the face shield....During my wait I observed many people with soars and cuts sitting in the chairs waiting for the Phlebotomist to clean the room they were called into. Listen to the VET. I was denied medical services twice because I am claustrophobic. I complied with the face-shied and was STILL DENIED MY RIGHT TO HEALTHCARE!
Incompetent so called doctors run rampant. Spineless nurses won’t help patients. Questions go unanswered. Rude, discourteous staff. One if the WORST places to be seen😒🤬🤯😡😤😔😔

I've been utilizing this clinic since I moved to Maine. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I can get appointments within a week. When I show up there is almost no waiting. I can't say enough good things about my experiences so far.
Have always had excellent care. My primary care is there. I am more than pleased since 2001 when I started.
