I had utilized VA services in Kernersville, NC, for eight years and found the care exceptional (5/5 stars). Over the past three years at the Villages VA, however, my experience with two specific primary care physicians has been unacceptable and below standard. Both acted as though their positions carried no accountability for poor performance.
