Overall everything has been good, well managed. Optometry, lab, podiatrist and primary care very nice and professional.
Best care. I been going to this clinic for over 6 years I have no problems.
As someone said earlier, I have not had ANY V.A. good experience yet and there are only 2 in my area. The receptionist talks/mishandles the veterans like they are her own children. They have FOUGHT for them to be in that same position that chides them. I am a Marines brat, not a veteran, but my parent's experience has me seeking help, NO HELP!, from them. Mulberry clinic has been realllly good to me..the pharmacy has been excellent!! I've not had any problems n ive had a stroke in nov n dec had curated artery surgery n then Feb had copd exasperation..ive been to hospital in gainsville n they have been good as well..praise the lord ive had good experience with themm..thank you
Thankyou thankyou thankyou. The Villages VA is fantastic. Never had an issue. Staff is alway helpfull and attending. If you go there with an attitude or a chip on your shoulder then what do you expect in return? Appointments are ontime never been seen over 10 minutes late after appointment time. But really this is a great facility... treat the staff with the respect and in turn you will have a very positive experiance.
