We are out of town owners of a condo in North Myrtle Beach. We hired a contractor to do a few renovations in the condo, checked references, checked his license, and reviews. All were top notch. He took off with our money, building materials, and did not complete the job, We didn't know where to turn when the HOA representative suggested we call Todd with V4 Design.
