Have to have my toenails redone twice and was charged for a pedicure when all they did was rub my feet. Didn’t even trim and shape my nails. Eyebrow wax was a joke.
Very nice work, friendly people, reasonable rates. I like the way they do my eyebrows.
The man cut my toe nail almost all the way off cut my toes several times and then scrapped my leg up a lot with whatever purple pad he used missed my foot several times now my leg is scrapped up and my toes hurts badly hopefully I don’t get an infection. Worse service I told him he cut me several times I told the woman when checking out and she said nothing except charging me 40$ for me to get cut up and a half done pedicure I was even bleeding Worst place I’ve ever experienced
I've received a lot of manis and pedis in my life...this was by far the worst!!! The woman rushed through painting my toes and the mani. I looked closely at my nails after I left and realized what an awful job she did. She was so rude. When she was done, she just got up and left...didnt say a word.
Went in for dip nails, was completely rushed she didn’t even massage my hands or use lotion on them. Didn’t get the polish to edges of my nails and made them way wider at tips then my actual nail. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience and I will not be back.
Bad customer service. No one greeted me when going in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided they were too concentrated in their work. I sat and waited. Someone else walked in. They were greeted, asked what services they needed, and sent back right away.
Terrible. The girl who did my pedicure was clearly inexperienced. Did not cut my cuticles or clean under my toes. I asked for another tech and they responded that she will do her best. If they are willing to allow inexperienced techs to do ur nails it should be cheaper and let it be known she is new. Do not waste your money.
went for a manicure and pedicure - called ahead to schedule a time. Hmmm....put me in the foot soak and after 40 minutes I was no closer to getting the pedicure than when I walked in. It's always this way - pedicure technicians are TOO SLOW. it shouldn't take 2 hrs for a manicure and pedicure but that's about average. I seriously doubt that people working there are even all licensed. ANYWAY I walked out and shall never return. My time is too valuable for this crap.
