I’ve been to this salon before for a haircut, but I probably won’t return. Wayne was the stylist who helped me. His haircutting skills are fine, but his attitude was unacceptable. He was unwilling to listen to or respect the client’s preferences, and his communication was offensive and impatient. The whole process was uncomfortable and disrespectful. His professionalism needs improvement.
