If I could give zero stars to VW Connect, I would. Their technician, Bryan, came for warranty work and managed to leave two breakers off. The most frustrating part? The picture they sent me as "proof" of their work clearly shows the breakers in the OFF position. Driver of a large truck #8853 decided to be in a hurry this morning (3/11/2025) and make a fast right turn at an intersection even though I was driving a large motorhome in the adjacent lane through that intersection. He failed to secure the tool cage when he left his job and threw his tools and a large conduit pipe off the truck into my path. Would be great if their drivers in their Chevy trucks would not do 35-40mph through our neighborhood and also not toss their cigarettes onto the street.
BEWARE, don't let this company on your property. Subcontracted by southwest gas to perform line work in neighbors yard. Totally destroyed plants and landscaping in my yard, stole rock from my yard and said it's not there problem to fix everything they destroyed! Will be filings claims with the BBB and Surprise PD.
