If I could give zero stars to VW Connect, I would. Their technician, Bryan, came for warranty work and managed to leave two breakers off. The most frustrating part? The picture they sent me as "proof" of their work clearly shows the breakers in the OFF position. Driver of a large truck #8853 decided to be in a hurry this morning (3/11/2025) and make a fast right turn at an intersection even though I was driving a large motorhome in the adjacent lane through that intersection. He failed to secure the tool cage when he left his job and threw his tools and a large conduit pipe off the truck into my path.
