I called and got an appointment the next day, I had some serious eye problems and they referred me to a neurologist. I called them every day (cause that’s freakin scary!) and they were polite with me every time. I got in to a neurologist within the week. The answered their phones almost every time I called, there was once that they didn’t pick up and I called back a bit later and the picked up. Good luck with getting someone to answer their phone. I’ve called a total of 9 times over the past week and have yet to reach anyone. I’ll go somewhere else at this point.
If you want an eye appointment, you'd better call a month in advance! Called today and they were taking appointments for 12/15/2017.
Ashley was great! I would highly recommend her. I have not met any of the other Dr.'s but she was really friendly and did a great job.
Terrible customer service. Over an hour waiting on an appointed time.
