I had a great experience with this body shop. They repaired my Tesla quickly and the quality of the work was excellent. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the car was returned looking great. I really appreciated the fast turnaround time and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
When my daughter got in a fender bender, I stumbled on V&V and was impressed by the attention and care that Joe provided to replace her bumper. He provided a very reasonable quote and even stuck to it when they discovered additional structural damage that he didn't account for. They did a great job and I'm very appreciative!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I brought my car in about two months ago for repairs, and the quality of the work was far below acceptable. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a frustrating back-and-forth with results that simply weren’t done properly. On top of that, the owner was extremely unreliable.
