This salon was FILTHY. They used the same things without cleaning for mani/pedi. I regret stopping here and trying a new place. Not only was it so disgusting, but gel polish was applied so uneven and lumpy. With visible bubbles in nails and then the man tried to ignore it and say no, I don’t see it. Or feel it. I just paid and will never return or recommend. From customer service to quality to cleanliness, just a no for me no matter how desperate I was.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at this nail studio. I asked for a clean, coffin-shaped acrylic set, but the final result looked uneven and bulky. The shape isn’t well-defined, and instead of the sleek look I wanted, my nails came out looking more square and flat. The polish application was also not great — the color looks basic and doesn’t complement my skin tone at all. My favorite place!! Beautiful to look at, such kind people, they do a great job and the spa services are great
If I could give 0 I would, had a pedicure done paid for delux I get pedicures often yesterday was last minute so I went there. They didn’t do the callus removal on my heel. When I got home took off my Socks I realized the back of my heel felt a little rough still I called them, the guy knew exactly who I was and just kept saying well you have to to it 2-3x idk what that even meant.
