Management was very rude will not be going back. After paying 112.00 plus tip for me and daughter.
I recently got a pedicure and a full set, and unfortunately, the customer service from the owner, Kelly, has really declined. She speaks to customers with an attitude, grabs and pushes clients’ hands roughly, and does not listen to what the client wants. Her behavior comes across as rude and unprofessional. I have been coming here for a long time, but after my experience today, she has lost a loyal client. Customer service and respect for clients are just as important as the quality of the work.
Always a pleasure coming have been coming for past 30 years always happy and satisfied with work. All staff ladies sweet & friendly, always helpful and available when last minute rush request and whenever needed. Highly recommend!
