High quality work, fair pricing and consistent communication throughout the project. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is that there were several missed days (I would always get a call and a reason though) and they kept late hours; most days they would show up at 4 and work till dark. If you are OK with “odd” hours and do not mind difficulties in keeping to a schedule, the work was done at a high level, communication was strong throughout the project and the prices were reasonable.

My boyfriend and I hired Rudy to tend the lawn over the summer and he did a terrible job, he missed parts of the lawn, he frequently failed to arrive on the day or time for which he was hired, and he would send out email invoices late in the afternoon or evening and then proceed to send tormenting texts to pay him immediately. It was a horrible experience.

These are not professional individuals. They failed to show up citing car troubles and leaving me to scramble at the last minute.

This company canceled the appointment 2 hrs before the schedule time via text stating that he didn't have a vacuum, although it was scheduled over a week ahead. I left a deposit and had to get my number back from credit card, but the last minute cancelation costs me over $400 when I used my landlords house cleaning service last minute like that. So Rudy wasted my time and money. If I could sue him I would.
