I'd only heard of V's until yesterday. But we finally made it over there for an early dinner on Saturday. The staff are great, the mood welcoming, the food delicious, and it was so nice to have a chat with Mama V herself! We will definitely be back.
I tried V's for the first time this past Thursday. I was with my cousin and two young children. My 6 year old had the cheese pizza and ate half of it. The rest of us had the lunch buffet, and loved everything on it. The food was hot, fresh, and the buffet kept very clean. I have never had rum cake before, so I cannot compare V's to any other; but it was one of the best desserts I have ever had.
Excellent food, excellent service from the top to the bottom. Our waitress was the newbie, and she's been there 7 yrs. . One of the people filling our water commented on how he was blessed to have a job he liked. Then the manager heard it was our first time there, and came out to personally greet us! Obviously, he works to hire good people and wants his customers to know he appreciates them as well! ..Reasonable prices, with the bonus of rum cake at the end, included in the entree price. Great place to eat, intimate and endless Mimosas included �. Not your typical buffet that you would get at a casino but I loved it. Check out the menu online. I even got a $10.00 certificate for eating here today.
