Don’t bother reaching out for details on a possible property. Violet will randomly cease communication, after sending like 3 super vague emails, and then ignore subsequent attempts to contact her about the property’s required deposits, etc. (listing had no pertinent information regarding move in costs, etc.).
Don't move to any of their properties. The one I lived in had mold growing all over the windows, the carpet was always wet from moister in the air. My bed grew MOLD on the underside, ruining it to the point I had to throw it out. The bedroom was the worst of it, I got a dehumidifier going constantly in the bedroom, and a good 6 cups of water was dumped every day. Wow. applied to a property friday afternoon, by saturday I realised I input incorrect numbers for a previous address.. I called and fixed Monday, but Violet already said I had "too little rental history" and was already denied.. less than 24 business hours and I am denied?! According to my current management she didn't even try contacting them.. No missed calls, voicemail or email.. I asked them to contact her.. and then I contacted Violet again and she indicated "the owner found additional criminal history"... I have literally n... read more
