Not a place for black women. I came in to get my nails done and the guy in a harsh tone asked me how may I help you? As I seated I observed them greet other customers (all white) with a nice welcoming attitude and voice tone. Also for a simple manicure and pedicure, I was given an overpriced bill.
I’ve been going to Sophia for almost 3 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but great experiences. She is always patient with me—especially when I’m being picky about nail colors—and never makes me feel rushed. Sophia takes her time to make sure every detail is perfect and that I leave completely satisfied. She consistently treats me with kindness and respect and goes out of her way to be accommodating. I always feel valued as a client, and I couldn’t ask for a better nail tech. Highly recommend!
