VP Property has been a god send! They helped us deal with the worst homeowner we have ever had in our building. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH NOR CAN I EVEN EXPRESS HOW THANKFUL I AM TO HAVE THEM MANAGING US! The crazy Kerri lady that left a review before me is lying with ill intent to harm this amazing company. Michael is a GREAT property manager. He had a complex waterproofing issue in the lower level of a 40 unit condominium that was coming from the main level. He contacted me to meet him at the property at 8:45a on a Monday morning. He explained the issues in detail. Answered all my questions. Took my sketch/proposal to his board members, got board approval quickly & we then scheduled work. V P. His 5 star reviews are questionable. I would believe the other low ratings because I know the person Mike is. Some of the reviews from google have VP at 5 stars and 3 of his competitors at 1 star. Go through the reviews. Fishy. Mike will hold payments especially if you are a contractor that has done business with his new clients. He doesn't pay you until you threaten the board with lawsuits and canceling contracts.
