Horrific. I stopped here to get my brows waxed. It's so bad there's no way it wasn't intentional. Uneven. Appallingly thin. No shape... and she took from the TOP making my eyes look much smaller. And the whole time she had me hyperextend my neck backwards while sitting in a chair. It was a bad experience with a horrible result. The first picture is my eyebrows right before I walked in, and the the results the next morning. Edited to add: they did give me a refund, however my eyebrows will still be messed up for at least 2 mo... read more
