One of the worst experiences I ever had. First, the lady that started my nails, cut my nail too short. I mean, way too short to where it was at my nubs. My nails started to hurt. If I could leave zero stars I would . I paid 130$ for service that was worth 50$ maybe . I got the organic pedicure . My cuticles were not touched , my nails were note filed, shaped . The way she polished and how it looked after was like I did the pedi at home . The guy who did my nails put the wrong color on , I asked for french tip but in pink he did my whole nail pink and then just smeared the pink instead of removing it properly. I had such a great experience at V-Nails! The salon was clean and the staff members were so friendly! My nail tech, Linh, was incredibly skilled and took her time to make sure every detail was perfect - it shows in her work! I aimed for a natural color for this time around, and she made sure I've gotten the nail color I wanted and suggested a few other options when I was indecisive. Loved the final product, I'll be back for sure!!
