My husband was in a horrible mc accident 2 years ago, and the general auto maintenance/know how that I simply do not possess was put on my shoulders. So when my check engine light came on in my 2014 Nissan Murano w/54k miles, I almost cried. As a woman, I am leery of mechanics taking advantage of my naivetee and I am certainly not made of money. I take all my cars there for a number of reasons but the number one reason is trust. For example my wife took her car to a local place closer to home and she failed inspection- they told her she needed a number of belts and it would cost over 800 dollars. I took the car to V and M and they checked and said the belts were fine- lesson learned. When it comes to a blind item like auto repair in which I have little knowledge you need a honest and fair shop. Lastly, when a place has been in business as long as these guys have it ... read more
