They lost one of my wheel lug bolts while servicing my car, no biggie… but when I called to inquire about a replacement Vic immediately got defensive and claimed “we definitely put it back on, maybe someone stole it?” Why not just admit that the most likely scenario is that the lug bolt was not put back on during a tire rotation and just replace the $5 part? Someone coincidentally stole a single lug bolt a few days after getting my car serviced? 🤔
