I had a great experience taking my VW here for some fairly major repairs. Vic was super helpful and communicative and I would go back to him in a heartbeat.
Vic is the best mechanic on the planet bar none. Nobody can diagnose and repair with time, care, and the professionalism you ask for. This is the place if you want one on one attention and I'd absolutely recommend to anyone.
Great honest service.
Highly recommend Vic for all your automotive needs. He is honest, accommodating, and always willing to help. 5 STARS!!
They lost one of my wheel lug bolts while servicing my car, no biggie… but when I called to inquire about a replacement Vic immediately got defensive and claimed “we definitely put it back on, maybe someone stole it?” Why not just admit that the most likely scenario is that the lug bolt was not put back on during a tire rotation and just replace the $5 part? Someone coincidentally stole a single lug bolt a few days after getting my car serviced? 🤔
