Update: To their credit, the team at Vhouse apologised and arranged a beautiful bouquet to be delivered on the correct date. Very well received and I’m now a happy customer who will be sure to order again soon 😊 I ordered flowers via their rewards website (I’ve ordered successfully from here in the past) but the checkout page didn’t ask for a delivery date. I recently made a special order for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday on very short notice and Muskaan made the process so easy. She listened carefully to what I wanted specifically and created a beautiful arrangement that my girlfriend loved. I have been a customer of Vhouse for many years so it only seemed right to trust them with my wedding flowers. I had a vision of a neutral bouquet with natives along with native button holes and vases with wildflowers for the tables. WOW WOW WOW! My 2 year old saw a balloon in this shop and wouldn’t let my partner leave without it. No price displayed. Gets to the counter and gets charged $10.15. For a small foil balloon with air on a stick. No wonder there’s no price displayed… In response to your response when you have a 2 year old having a melt down in a shopping centre and they are non verbal they aren’t going to understand to put the balloon back.
