Most of these reviews are years old so if anyone was wondering - yes, this clinic is still terrible. Teng is a horrible doctor. God complex, huge ego, gatekeeps Healthcare. Ive been in the VA system for over 15 years so I know to be polite and respectful with the doctors to get anywhere. I was with her and she was still a deplorable person. Avoid her. Don't seem to care about their patients. My husband had an appointment for a Monday and wasn't notified that he needed blood work done until 3 days before. Obviously not enough time for him to schedule anything. The slow woman who called him on the phone wasn't responsible enough to let him know early in the morning before they stop taking blood at 10AM. She waited until after 10 to tell him when he could have made it on time the same day if she had been responsible and smart enough to notify him earlier in the morning. Lazy... read more
Little crowded Must be 9/11 remember. Blood work testing. Front desk was welcoming friendly faces. Waiting area plenty of seats. Gentle Men all around thank you for your service. Father is Vietnam veteran.

The staff at the Merced CBOC are great ! They care about their patients and work hard to ensure the care provided is good. They do really good in navigating the VA health care system and explaining the process. Thank you!
