Dr. Muneer has been seeing my daughter since birth, and I could not be more happy with her as a primary care pediatrician. The staff at both Elmhurst and Downer's Grove are fabulous. My daughter has multiple medical needs, and they are so organized and responsive to our never ending needs for medication refills, feeding tube supplies, specialist referrals, and additional appointments. I call to schedule an appointment today and the receptionist was beyond rude, disrespectful, aggressive, seems she doesn’t like her job at all, really awful experience!!
I did like this doctor at first. I really did. But the way she talked to me was extremely rude and it prompted us to change doctors. We brought our kiddo in for a follow up after they were in the hospital. This doctor called me a ride name after trying to school me about my son's medical condition. I told her I knew about his condition because I have the same thing. It was uncalled for, for her to call me a name in front of my son for explaining that I know what a Bristol stool chart is.
