Love this office ..... staff is amazing, I been coming here since my middle son was born (now 7 yrs) and now I have another little one (8 months) I don’t mind driving to Rancho Cucamonga which I live in Moreno Valley ..... it’s worth the drive . HIGHLY RECOMEMDED !!!!!

Awful. Office is dirty and once in the exam room we had to wait 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Ali. She rushed in and examined my daughter in less than five minutes. She didn't say hello or introduce herself or ask me any questions about my daughters development. On top of that, my daughter was terrified of her. When I questioned Dr. Ali about what vaccines my daughter was getting that day she didn't explain it in detail and seemed to be in a rush. I really thought I was going to love this place. I have a one year old and the doctor takes no time to explain milestones, developments or anything. All my appointments are a quick 3 min thing. My friends always tell me that their baby's doctor gives them papers and tells them in charts where they are and so on. The girl in the front is very rude as well. You are working with kids. Would it kill you to wear a smile and lower your tone of voice? Just awful.
