Apartment has been plagued by external construction for months. Scaffolding has been erected with thick tarps blocking all sunlight and preventing the windows from being opened (this is in units without central air so that means zero ventilation). There's been at least one home invasion attempt via the scaffolding. There were several weeks of having usage of internal space removed as well while windows were replaced? Why did it take several weeks to replace a few windows? I can only guess lack of respect for their resid... read more
