Always a pleasant clinic with very helpful staff. I actually followed my doctor from Bainbridge Island all the way to Olympia & I'm glad I did. Her new clinic is awesome.
First, this not an urgent care clinic. I walked in an hour before closing and was told all the doctors were booked for the day. There was nobody in the waiting room. So, it's called "urgent care" but you can't actually get anything done urgently. You have to call and make an appointment and you won't be able to speak with anyone who actually works in Olympia when you call. Instead you are sent to a call center in Seattle who knows nothing about what is actually happening in Olympia. Second, they communicate very poorly if at... read more

It seems like the doc never have time for there patients or they hand them off to other doctors but when there is something wrong and u need to see your doctor they would never be available then you get told maybe you should of called are office why just to be told that your doctor is busy and cant take you right now what
