UW is a tough school. Be ready to compete and demand your education. It can be hard to make friends unless you live in a dorm, frat system, join a club or do a study abroad group program. For the bold...this the best education you can get in WA and one of the best schools in the USA. If you are a student that needs their hand held consider Central or WSU.
